I had an unfortunate incident and the entire hotel staff was extremely helpful! The room was nice, just a bit too small. However, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. I will definitely return when I visit the area again.

Clean. Classy. Convenient to my destination. I lost something and my last hope was that I dropped it when I left my car at the valet. Went back and asked and they had found it and kept it!!!

I checked in early and there were no rooms available. The manager was nice and called housekeeping and there was a king room available. I booked a queen. he said he was going to upgrade me. While the conversation was happening the young lady found a queen room and gave me the queen room instead. I felt and still feel the king should have been given to me as was promised by the manager. Since it was only one night I let it go, but probably should not have for costumer service reasons.
